Demo Roll Offs offers optional SMS messages for customers who choose to receive text updates about dumpster rentals and service requests.

Message Types

Messages may include reservation confirmations, delivery reminders, pickup reminders, service updates, account or support updates, and replies to customer questions.

Opt-In

You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a Demo Roll Offs website form, by asking Demo Roll Offs staff to send text updates, or by otherwise giving Demo Roll Offs permission to text the phone number you provide. Consent is not required to rent from Demo Roll Offs.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Most rentals should receive up to 3 messages per rental, with additional messages only when needed for service, scheduling, or customer support.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you according to your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Help and Opt-Out

Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to opt out. You can also call 717-248-4135 or email demo@rolloffrentalapp.com for assistance.
